TYPES OF WITCHES

Dianic Wicca:

Dianic witchcraft is a female-only path named after the goddess Diana. She represents female empowerment & sisterhood. It is important to note that this path is not a matriarchy, but a tradition that has an emphasis on and explores feminine energy by where they create an environment that is tailored to women.

Draconic Witch:

These witches follow dragon deities, which is similar to the gods and goddesses that are followed by other witches. They have their own set of ethics which are slightly different and for which they use to honour their deities.

Eclectic Witch:

An eclectic witch is someone who forms their path and practice through many different traditions, religions, and any other magickal path to create their own very personalised witchcraft. An eclectic witch may choose to work with one or with a mix of gods and goddesses from many different religions, or they can also be a

‘secular witch’where they don't work with any gods & goddesses

Green Witch:

A green witch heavily involves nature in their practice and their craft, usually doing their spells and rituals in nature; forests, mountains, beaches – wherever they can that is in nature. Grow their own herb gardens. They are interested in botany and they strive to protect the planet & the environment to the absolute best of their abilities.

Hedge Witch:

Hedge witches are ones who like to work with different spiritual realms and planes like Out-of-body experiences such as astral travel, projection & lucid dreaming which are a main focus in their type of magick.

Hereditary Witch:

Witches who are born into a family who practice magick as well as have had these traditions passed down through the generations.

Kitchen Witch:

They love working at home & making their everyday tasks as well as their surroundings all completely sacred

Secular Witch:

Secular witches choose to believe the energies they work with come from themselves,the universe or the natural world rather than them following or calling upon personified deities and/or spirits in their craft/practice.

Solitary Witch:

A solitary witch prefers to work alone rather than working in a coven, group, or an organisation.

Sea Witch:

The like being around and making use of large bodies of water such as the ocean, rivers, and lakes in their practices. The main element in their practise is that of water. They usually choose to make their tools & use ingredients that are found near water locations. These items are shells, driftwood, sea glass & aquatic flowers.

Tech Witch:

These are the most modern of witches in our current time by which they have started to use technology and also use gadgets as their tools for magick, like using apps as their Grimoires, listening to their podcasts, and using the internet to find their spells and their information.
